Tara L. Boleyn, RN, MSN, Chief Nursing Officer at Harton Regional, has over 15 years of nursing experience varying from Medical-Surgical, Intensive Care, Psychiatric, Case Management and Administrative. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and then proceeded to obtain her Master's in Nursing Administration from Duke University. She has had the opportunity to participate in a variety of Team Leadership projects on Precepting of the Novice and Experienced Nurse, building a working relationship between Nursing and Case Management, and development of policy and procedures involving nursing and ancillary departments. Tara has been a part of the Harton team since 2001.
