Russ Spray
Chief Executive Officer
Spray comes to Harton following his work as Chief Executive Officer at Lincoln County Health Systems, in Fayetteville, Tennessee. During his tenure there, he returned the system to profitability and recruited multiple physicians to the community.
Prior to this, Spray served for 9 years as CEO at Southern Tennessee Medical Center, a 152 bed acute care facility in Winchester, Tennessee, a LifePoint facility.
Spray attained his undergraduate degree at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville and a Masters of Business Administration from Southeastern Institute of Technology in Huntsville, Alabama. He brings to Harton 33 years of healthcare experience. Spray is also a very active board member of the Tennessee Hospital Association, where he serves as chair of the Council on Government Affairs. Spray is also involved in the community as a Rotarian and is active in the local Chamber of Commerce.
