When You Arrive

Admission Process

Current Medications

On admission you will be asked many questions by our staff that will be used to plan your care. All of your current medications will need to be brought to the hospital for identification and then sent home.

Confidential Information

As part of our commitment to protect patient confidentiality, each patient is assigned a unique Patient ID Number that a family member or friend must reference in order to obtain any information regarding your care. Upon admission you will be given the Patient ID number along with a direct dial phone number to your room so that family members may contact you directly.

Your Room

Room assignments are based on the degree of illness and the type of care required. Upon admission, if your room requires maintenance of any kind, please contact your nurse.
