Eight fully monitored ICU/CCU beds and the expertise of critical care registered nurses are provided for patients requiring constant observation or intensive nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit. The unit has a central nurses station with each of the rooms equipped with the latest patient care equipment.
The newly expanded Progressive Care Unit, a twenty-seven bed intermediate step down unit, provides less critical patients with an extra level of care and monitoring.
Visiting hours for the Intensive Care Unit are very strict and remain as follows:
